Table seating is available. Reservations are required due to the careful selection of ingredients. Please make a reservation at least one day in advance. Uzura-tei is a famous restaurant that has been serving Mizutaki (chicken stew) since the early Showa period (early 20th century). We have passed down the traditional taste of mizutaki from generation to generation, and even after the renovation to Maison de Vin Uzura-Tei, you will still be able to enjoy the same great taste of the restaurant. We hope you will try it.
At our restaurant, we offer dishes that enhance the enjoyment of over 800 types of wine. These are 'French x Japanese' dishes that combine French ingredients such as 'butter', 'cheese', and 'olive oil' with Japanese cuisine that values seasonal ingredients. The sources of our ingredients include Hungarian 'foie gras', vegetables sourced from contracted farmers in Fushimi, and for beef, we even visit the ranchers to select the best cuts. Our seasonal and course dishes change monthly, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of the day without getting bored.
CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE. Saintes Pierre '18 (Chateau de Naly's) The pairing for this month is recommended with 'Roasted New Zealand Lamb Loin with Red Wine Sauce'. The New Zealand lamb loin is roasted to a 'rosé' color, accompanied by this month's recommended 'Chateau Neuf du Pape' from the broader commune 'Côtes du Rhône', based on the red wine from the same producer 'Guigal', flavored with 'Fond de Veau', shallots, port wine, and black pepper in the 'Red Wine Sauce'. This lamb is 'high protein and low calorie'. The New Zealand lamb 'short loin' is light, without any strong flavors, and juicy, creating a perfect pairing with the nuanced 'Chateau Neuf du Pape' that sits between 'Bordeaux' and 'Burgundy'.

Volnay. Clos de la Bousse d'Or Elevation in Amphora '19 La Pousse d'Or. Clos de la Bousse d'Or is a Premier Cru (1er Cru) in Volnay, a historic vineyard surrounded by stone walls, and is considered the flagship of La Pousse d'Or, which has been cherished as a monopole (Monopole) for generations. The Clos de la Bousse d'Or vineyard was originally owned by the Dukes of Burgundy and later became part of the French royal estate, having been owned by Pousse d'Or for many years. Clos de la Bousse d'Or is located in the center of Volnay and has become the domain name of La Pousse d'Or, which has been owned for generations. The name of the Clos de la Bousse d'Or vineyard was originally the same as the domain name, Clos de la Pousse d'Or. However, in 1967, the French government decided that vineyard names could not be used as domain names unless the domain produced wine from only one vineyard. In response, La Pousse d'Or had no choice but to petition to change the vineyard name from 'Pousse d'Or' to 'Bousse d'Or,' which was approved by the French government.
