This is a tiger puffer sashimi made from the best natural tiger puffer of the day at Tsukiji Market, weighing around 2 kilograms, aged for over 48 hours to enhance the flavor.
A sukiyaki dish made with A5 grade brand beef, Sendai beef. You can also enjoy Tororo Sukiyaki, which uses yamaimo (Japanese yam) instead of eggs. Please enjoy the plump flavor of sukiyaki, cut with the knife skills of a blowfish chef.
This is a shabu-shabu dish made with the sirloin of Sendai beef, a brand of beef limited to only A5 rank in Japan. Enjoy the tender texture of the shabu-shabu, which is cut with knife skills using the technique of fugu sashi.
