Restaurant Rosette offers unique French cuisine based on the theme of modern classic = tradition and innovation. We use the best ingredients of the season, including high quality vegetables and herbs that come in mainly from contract farmers in Japan, and we try to make the most of the flavors of the ingredients in our cooking methods. Please enjoy our carefully selected dishes in a relaxed atmosphere with a European art deco theme, utilizing the design of the building, which is designated as a national important cultural asset.
