A refreshing dipping soba inspired by the local dish 'Chilled Soup' from Miyazaki Prefecture, featuring a miso base combined with cucumber, myoga, green onion, tomato, and tuna.
Awarded two stars in the 'JAPAN MENU AWARD' hosted by the gourmet app 'SARAH' in 2024. The moderate spiciness makes it delicious enough to want to eat repeatedly. The freshness of the tomato and the sweetness of the boiled egg are also accents.
The moderately spicy mentaiko, crunchy soybean sprouts, and white shredded green onion provide a delightful combination of three different textures all at once.

Made with Tenryu matcha crafted by tea master Sasaki, who has won the highest gold award twice at the World Green Tea Contest. Special red bean paste made from carefully selected azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, cooked over an open flame to maximize the natural flavor and aroma of the beans. This roll cake uses healthy tea leaves that minimize fertilizers to preserve the original flavor and color of the matcha.
