There are many options on the menu, and just looking at them is enjoyable. The soba noodles are slightly thick, firm, and have a nice chewiness. The dipping sauce is mildly sweet with a strong flavor, which pairs well with the noodles. The shrimp tempura has a light batter and a freshly fried aroma, making it very delicious. The fried horse mackerel has a crispy coating and fluffy flesh, and it's best enjoyed with soy sauce and wasabi. The tororo dipping sauce is also flavorful, and I felt that this restaurant offers a variety of combinations to enjoy.
