It was a wonderful course that was suitable for Xmas, and was enjoyable both to look at and to eat 🥺. It was very delicious ◎ Thank you again for inviting us. This is a long-established restaurant where you can luxuriously enjoy the game meat, wild vegetables, river fish, and the blessings of the mountains from Yamagata. The dishes, which focus on the preservation and cooking methods of the ingredients, are excellent.

This is a wonderful restaurant that serves wild vegetable dishes in a region with deep snow. In the past, there were no means of transportation, and people could only live off what they could gather in the area they lived in. As a result, the food processing techniques developed were remarkable, and even now, the skills from that time are still alive in this amazing restaurant. It offers a lot of learning opportunities for the style I aspire to.
