This Italian restaurant won a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2021 Tokyo. The restaurant's name "Kojikome" means "as it is" in Italian, and was opened in 2019 by Shunsuke Imura, who hails from the renowned Bottega restaurant in Hiroo. Braised tripe Spicy tomato sauce Different specification from the last time. The spiciness of the tomato sauce is a steel plate, but the spiciness gradually follows and makes you want to drink wine, which in turn makes you want to eat it again. The grilled cheese on the top of the sauce does a good job of pulling the sauce through to the lingering aftertaste. Ah, I was satisfied.

This restaurant is run by the chef from "Bottega" in Hiroo, which is famous for its difficulty in making reservations. All the dishes were delicious, especially the pasta was superb with a strong sense of the quality of the ingredients, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and cozy.
