The location is a 6.7 minute walk northwest of Sannomiya Station. The restaurant is small with only 8 seats at the counter, and it is smoky, so it is better not to go there in fashionable clothes. There is no course menu, so you order what you like! Raw senmai: ¥980. Carefully processed, so there is no smell at all! I definitely prefer raw senmai to the zaku-zaku, or grilled senmai. I would like to eat it raw, but let's have it seared properly! A quick sear gives it a plump texture and a sweet taste! The flavor of sesame oil is very good! Even those who are not so fond of liver can enjoy this dish! Many people who say they can't really eat liver can eat this one!
