The delicious season for summer vegetables is here. We’re serving spring rolls made with summer vegetables and “hamo” (conger eel), as well as kamameshi rice cooked in a pot with plenty of “white shrimp” and corn. Of course, we’re also offering Totora’s specialty: luxurious 9-item appetizer platter to start, as well as fresh fish rolls with ginger and shiso leaves and karasumi soba. With a course packed with the flavors of summer, whether it’s a gathering with friends or a corporate dinner, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to visit us. We’ve prepared a course perfect for early summer.

To make it a perfect accompaniment for sake, we take the time to cook the taro in broth, smooth it out, and present it as if it were cream. Orders can be made from just one piece.
