A long-established oden shop since the Showa era

Mameda, founded in 1927, is the oldest oden shop in Kobe and has been loved by many. The meticulously prepared oden enhances the flavors of the ingredients, with a rich broth that seeps in beautifully. The interior is surrounded by wooden furnishings, creating a warm and calming atmosphere. With its unchanged taste since its establishment and a perfect pairing with Kikumasamune sake, it captivates many visitors.

Located in the basement of Center Plaza, this restaurant has a distinctly old-fashioned atmosphere. Founded in 1927, it is known as the oldest oden shop in Kobe. The interior of the restaurant is also atmospheric, featuring wooden furniture and ornaments. The broth has a standard flavor, and the seeds soak into the broth, creating a wonderful color. It is a departure from the seemingly delicious oden, and shows that it has been carefully prepared. We also carry Kiku-Masamune, one of the most well-established brands of sake, which is loved as a dining sake that enhances the flavor of the dish. And because we also offer hot sake, you can enjoy both hot Kiku-Masamune and authentic oden at the same time. This kind of atmosphere and flavor is hard to find anywhere else.
