It's a standing bar in Tsukiji, lively and comfortable. After wetting my throat with Akaboshi, I switch to highballs and they go down smoothly. The appetizers are substantial, and the smashed cucumber and black vinegar marinated sardines make great companions. The homemade smoked cheese is very fragrant, and I can't help but reach for it. The grilled broad beans, spicy chicken, simmered bamboo shoots, and macaroni and broad bean salad are also delicious. There is a 'Mama for a Day' event, and it's fun to sip drinks while listening to songs.
