I decided to go because the reviews were good, and it was truly the best! On the day of my visit, it was reservation only, and the owner carefully prepared the dishes after taking the orders. Therefore, the food takes a little while, but it was delicious and satisfying beyond that. The staff members were also great, with a young woman who moved quickly and a cute, comforting older lady who was hard to ignore. Everyone was polite and kind, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant. Even though it was busy, the owner also took the time to chat, which was really wonderful! If I have the chance to visit Gero Onsen again, I will definitely use this place! Thank you for the lovely time!

I piatti sono tutti molto buoni. Ordino sempre la frittata di dashi! Anche se è molto occupato, ammiro la bravura del maestro nel gestire tutto con calma. È un piacere che aspetto una volta all'anno e ogni anno ci vado, ma penso che l'anno prossimo andrò sicuramente a mangiare di nuovo.

After waiting a bit, I was guided. The chicken dish based on soybean miso has a wonderful aroma, and the young chicken is fluffy and tender. It's fun to grill it while mixing on the iron plate, and the crisp texture of the cabbage adds a nice accent. The cheese topping melts beautifully, enhancing the richness to an irresistible level. The small side dishes, pickles, and miso soup are all carefully prepared, and there are options for changing the flavors, so I never got bored until the end. The addition of yakisoba halfway through was also excellent, and the soft serve ice cream is rich, with a fragrant and light texture of the cone.
