Despite the substantial portion of food, we were delighted by the gentle flavor, which is rare in Taiwanese cuisine, and ate it all up in one piece. Next time, I would like to visit for dessert. The miso soup is fragrant and brings happiness from the very first sip. The seafood bowl with salmon and salmon roe is beautifully arranged, and the salmon is melt-in-your-mouth tender. The salmon roe is shiny and pairs perfectly with shiso and wasabi. The sashimi is prepared right in front of you, clearly showcasing its freshness. The small dishes, salad, and pickles are all well-prepared and delicious. The atmosphere is calm and traditional, making it comfortable and bringing smiles.

Takkun's choice is a perfect combination for strawberry lovers 🍓💕 My sibuste and pistachio tart are also very tasty! The pistachio tart is the one I definitely wanted to try😍 I can't stop eating pistachio-based food! LOL! The pistachio tart was really rich in pistachio, and the elegant savory flavor of pistachio filled my mouth with happiness 😂💓. The slightly sweet and sour berries are a nice accent. You can't go wrong with pistachio and berries👍 The Ciboost was a rarity and here's another one I've been eyeing! Custard and Amaou strawberries on a crispy pie crust. Bittersweet caramel was poured over the top and seared to a golden brown. It's like a child between custard pudding and cake? I've never had a cake like this before 🤔🍮! It was my first time to try this cake! All of these were delicious too and the size was just right, very satisfying 🥰. It was nice to have a relaxing meal. Of course, the food and service were perfect. The deer steak at Jibie was delicious.
