The tempura rice tea at the end is very delicious, and the homemade pickles and miso soup are comforting. I'm glad to be able to enjoy this kind of tempura at the counter in Matsumoto.

They pair excellently with wine, allowing me to enjoy the natural umami as it is. The handmade ankimo (monkfish liver) was rich and creamy, and I felt it was exceptionally delicious. The shabu-shabu enjoyed with lettuce allowed me to try both lamb and pork, and the variations in flavor with the broth, egg, and the fragrant sauces with spices and wasabi were delightful. Fortunately, I also encountered handmade soba, which had a wonderful aroma and a great texture that impressed me.
