This is a shop located near a hot spring. The soba has a wonderful aroma, and I am pleased that I can choose between 80% buckwheat and 100% buckwheat. The walnut dipping sauce is rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with the noodles. The tempura is impressive, with both shrimp and vegetables being substantial. The dipping broth has just the right amount of sweetness, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. There are many dishes other than soba, and the service is smooth, allowing my family to enjoy a relaxing time.
The entrance is a bit modest, but once you step inside, there are several calm private rooms where you can relax. For lunch, you can choose from rice bowls or set meals, and they come with small side dishes, miso soup, and dessert, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The seafood, such as negitoro and simmered mackerel, as well as the stews, are all carefully seasoned, enhancing the deliciousness of the rice. The rice bowl with large chunks of braised pork is particularly filling, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The friendly service from the staff and their thoughtful gesture of giving balloons to children is delightful. After the meal, I enjoyed a generous cup of tea while watching the turtles in the courtyard, spending a soothing time.

The course progression is rhythmic, making you look forward to the next dish. The dish combining mushroom and foie gras mousse with a clear soup had a wonderful contrast of aroma and texture. The Shinshu salmon was paired with a yellow sauce that had a citrus note, creating a fantastic harmony between the fish and vegetables. The homemade pasta was freshly shaved with white truffle right in front of me, and the aroma that spread with the steam was enchanting. The Shinshu pork loin, grilled over charcoal, was fragrant and became sweeter with each bite. The finishing tiramisu had a good balance of bitterness and smoothness, providing a pleasant conclusion to the meal.
