This is a hidden sushi restaurant located in the residential area of Nishi-Watada. I had the completely reservation-based 'Omakase Dinner Course (8,800 yen)', and to put it simply, it was wonderful. The course consists of about 18 dishes, and the volume and quality provide a level of satisfaction that is hard to believe for this price. What was particularly impressive was the carefully crafted 'red rice'. The balance of acidity and umami was excellent, and it paired perfectly with the toppings. Instead of using wasabi with the red tuna, they used 'karashi' (Japanese mustard), and after the miso soup, a splendid scallop was served, followed by authentic handmade soba by the chef to conclude the meal, making for a course that continued to surprise and excite until the end. The chef and the owner were very young, and I appreciated their earnestness in serving and cooking. There is a freshness about them, and I feel that this restaurant will continue to improve. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy delicious sushi slowly in Nagano City, especially for a slightly special occasion. I definitely want to visit again.
I visited to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Despite having many requests, they graciously accepted all of them and were very considerate on the day. Thank you very much. Of course, all the food was delicious and stylishly presented. When I was unsure about the cocktails, the staff recommended a combination that was very easy to drink and tasty. I felt that the birthday plate was the most wonderful I've ever seen. My boyfriend also said he wants to come back, so we are discussing coming again for our anniversary. The staff's service was wonderful, and we had a great time. Thank you very much ^^
The atmosphere of the restaurant and the food were both excellent. The staff were also unobtrusive and pleasant. I would like to visit again. However, I was a bit concerned when I arrived and saw someone wiping the door at the entrance, and when I went to the restroom, it was being cleaned.
I made a reservation and went. It was a place where you take off your shoes to enter. The low chair was very comfortable to sit in. I had a small bowl set, and my friend from Kanagawa who went with me also said it was delicious. My husband said it would be perfect if he could have a second serving of rice. The rooibos tea and dessert were also delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will go again.

My husband and I came to the restaurant. I really wanted to try soba noodles and sake. There were many kinds of sake, and I told the waiter about my preferences and he carefully explained them to me. We ordered the local cuisine set when we made a reservation. This gozen was a set of delicious rice dishes, including not only soba noodles, but also egg omelet, tempura, spicy radish, and more. There were many other customers in the restaurant, so I was glad to have made a reservation.

It was very crowded on Saturday, but I managed to make a reservation on the morning of the visit. 6:30 p.m. and without a reservation, the wait time was 50 minutes.
I used to go there a few years ago, but the place was crowded, the restaurant was messy, the food I ordered didn't come out easily, and the quality of the part-timers was not good.
I had no choice but to go there because I couldn't get a reservation at the other restaurant, but this was a surprise! Unlike a few years ago, the restaurant is now clean, and the girl who works at the reception desk has a nice smile and is very kind.
Not only her, but also the other part-timers who brought the food to us were all kind and attentive!
Ordering on the touch panel is a bit difficult (unlike other restaurants, you cannot choose from images of products or product names on the touch pad. The only negative is that it is easy to make a mistake because you have to enter the three-digit number for each item on the existing menu list), but the customer service and product delivery speed were good. The menu was not new, but the items were well worth the price.
It should be noted that a "Thank you for your reservation" card was placed at the reserved table.
There was also a handwritten name and recommended menu items on it.
It was a service full of hospitality, which is rare in a common restaurant.
I will go back again!
