It was easy to find, just a short walk from the station, and I stopped by casually. Once I sat down, I could quickly place my order using a tablet, and even if you're not good with machines, the screen is easy to understand. The food was brought out in no time, starting with a steaming bowl of hitsumabushi. The eel was crispy on the outside and fluffy and tender on the inside, well-coated with a slightly sweet sauce. Adding condiments and broth changed the flavor, and I enjoyed it without getting bored until the end. The staff's polite explanations and the just-right amount of rice left me very satisfied after the meal.
