Seiko Crab" and "Grated Ume Plum" are the best of the season. The owner insists on using only native buckwheat noodles, which have a strong aroma and stickiness. This is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy "Soba Drinking", which was made possible by his desire to have you enjoy this delicious soba with sake. Yes! I am a captive of this restaurant's soba. The interior of the restaurant, with a counter seating 9, has the appearance of a high-class kappo restaurant ( ✧Д✧). And it is also a healing space for adults. In such a favorite restaurant... I was informed that they are peeling the seasonal Seiko Crab every day! After the appetizers....a tagged Seiko crab suddenly appeared! The price of this year's Seiko crab...has gone up quite a bit, so in a way, this course is a great value (๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧! And...the delicious grilled miso makes the sake go down a treat! From the soba gaki to the tempura... it's a roller coaster ride of deliciousness, and it's well-balanced with the "soba drinker" in mind ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆! The delicious prawn tempura is well-known, but the scallop tempura here is also superb! And...to top it all off, we have our very own native species! When you come here, the owner's explanation of soba noodles is very enjoyable. Not only the first time customers, but even I, who have been to the restaurant many times, learn something new every time I visit. This time, I had my first "Ume Oroshi Soba".......it was so delicious!

Nightly only, "Leave it to the General" course I visited "Kurobelt" for the first time in Tenpaku-ku and was impressed by their soba noodles. I was surprised by the astonishingly delicious taste ( ✧Д✧) ! However... when I visited there a few years ago, the owner was gone (; ・・`д・´) I was so surprised at the difference...I had to go away...(థ公థ...) And then...because of my gourmet hobby, I ran into the legendary owner...(✧Д✧) kak! I've been coming here since it opened. ▪️The course is 16500 yen! Normally, you can enjoy "Soba-drinking", but this time we declared an emergency and had no alcohol (; ・・`д・´) It was a little disappointing, but it was a very satisfying and excellent course. ⚪︎ Hachisun (wasabi, conger eel, grilled miso, duck, yuba tofu) ⚪︎ Seasonal Saikyo salad ⚪︎ Soba gaki ⚪︎ blue crab ⚪︎ Nagori fugu steamed in earthenware teapot ⚪︎ Shark's fin with tortoiseshell red bean paste ⚪︎ Vinegared sudachi (aoyagi, baby scabbard fish, scallop) ⚪︎ Tempura assortment ⚪︎ Ibuki native species ⚪︎ NAGAWA native ⚪︎ Iya native species ⚪︎ Duck soup ⚪︎ Dessert As usual, the level of the a la carte dishes was high and a feast for the eyes. The addition of blue crab, shark's fin, etc. gives the dish an upscale feel, but the soba gaki is the best I've ever had. And...3 kinds of "Gen-soba" made from native species. The owner's commentary on the soba noodles served as a condiment, and they were exceptionally tasty. After coming here, I became so addicted to Soba that I can't eat any other Soba anymore. Next time I want to drink sake for sure (; ・・`д・´) Thank you for the food!

The owner's explanation of Soba is one of the charms of this restaurant! In fact, I have visited this famous soba restaurant many times. Since I was a black belt, I have loved this restaurant so much that I can't believe that there is no other buckwheat noodle but the owner's buckwheat noodle. The main ingredient of Soba is only native buckwheat noodles (థ公థ.) The fact that you can enjoy such wonderful Soba in a high-class restaurant with only 9 seats at the counter is also a reason why I keep coming back ( ✧Д✧) Kak! No alcohol was served that day, but I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and my favorite soba. ▪️Seasonal Saikyo Wae ▪️ Firefly squid with walnut ▪️ Duck with rock salt plate ▪️Seared boiled conger eel ▪️Kagoshima chateaubriand rock salt plate ▪️Vinegared conger eel ▪️Old style seiro ▪️Duck soup seiro ▪️Maruoka native species ▪️Shiiba native species ▪️Sado native species A la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients are as rich and varied as ever. Very tasty! And we enjoyed sharing the soba noodles with other guests (థ公థ.) The freshness of the albacore and monkfish is proof of this. The prawns are considered to be superb even when raw, but I dare you to try the tempura (✧Д✧) ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧ ✧! The final dish is........fresh soba noodles!
