The students are responsible for both cooking and serving as part of their class, and they are very dedicated. Every day, you can enjoy Western, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine, with a menu that changes monthly. The Western dishes we had, particularly the chestnut potage and the sauce for the pan-seared sea bass, were especially impressive. On another day, the green pea potage and the braised sea bream were also carefully prepared and delicious.
