A lemon sour made with domestically produced lemons from a designated farm, handcrafted by artisans. It has a refreshing and sour taste, but also a lingering fruity sensation that embodies the essence of domestic lemons!
Limited production Akatobuma Blue. Normally has an alcohol content of 25 degrees, but the Blue is 20 degrees. This shochu is fruitier and has a better aroma, characteristic of the rich Akatobuma brand.
A fragrance reminiscent of ginjo sake, made possible by a sake brewery, with a refreshing taste unique to shochu. The recommendation is 'Shochu Highball'.
