70% Cabernet Sauvignon expresses a magnificent structure while the tannins are soft and mature. We strive to enhance the fruitiness by fermenting at relatively low temperatures without exposing it to air. The fermentation lasts about one month, followed by aging in 30% new barrels for 12 months.
