◇◆Kicchou Teiou◆◇ Junmai Daiginjo (Gifu) This Junmai Daiginjo sake was crafted by the second generation, Takashi Tokuoka, in collaboration with Hakuzen Shuzou in Gifu, as a sake that pairs well with Japanese cuisine. The rice 'Yamada Nishiki' is polished down to 35%, and it is brewed using the underground water of the Hida River, resulting in a soft and elegant aroma.
