This is a barley shochu with a smooth taste and a fragrant barley flavor. It combines the rounded taste of the legendary sake 'Hyakunen no Kodoku' with a light and crisp finish.
Enjoy the soft mouthfeel and sharp aftertaste. You can enjoy the unique 'umami' of potatoes. On the rocks or with hot water.
