The shop inside the hotel has a warm wooden atmosphere and soft lighting that is very comfortable. It offers a variety of dishes that allow you to enjoy the best of both Japanese and Western cuisine, making it exciting to choose from. The soup, rich in tomato flavor, is impressive and brings happiness with every sip. The fish has a crispy skin and pairs perfectly with the creamy white sauce. The meat is tender, allowing you to appreciate the flavor of the red meat, and the accompanying sauce is carefully prepared, which is delightful. The desserts and bread after the meal are also delicious, and you can relax in a calm atmosphere.

I enjoyed a creative French course that featured combinations utilizing local Hokkaido ingredients. It started with a bite-sized appetizer, and the flow was beautiful, leading to marinated seafood and a vegetable soup baked in pastry. A dish with lightly cooked scallops paired with sea urchin and seaweed was particularly impressive, allowing me to fully appreciate the umami. The warm soup enriched with seafood broth served with fresh pasta was also aromatic and satisfying. The dish of beef fillet and foie gras had a wonderful harmony with the sauce, creating a delightful taste. The staff's friendly service made for a relaxed experience throughout.
