It is particularly enjoyable to savor carefully selected wines while watching the cooking process over the counter. The dishes, which utilize seasonal vegetables and carefully chosen ingredients, are all delicate and have a gentle deliciousness that seeps into the body. In particular, the Irish beef steak is rich in flavor even in the fat, making it a dish that changes your perception of steak. It pairs perfectly with the homemade chewy bread, making it easy to enjoy more wine. This is a place I want to cherish as an adult hideaway where you can forget the hustle and bustle of Shimbashi and relax slowly.
