A dry sake crafted with over 120 years of history, maintaining its core essence. It offers a refreshing mouthfeel created by the essence of Koshino Shizuku, along with the sharpness characteristic of Ippongi. The dry junmai sake has a hint of cherry aroma. Following the refreshing mouthfeel, there is a pleasant push sensation that resonates in the throat. This dry junmai ginjo has a fresh aroma reminiscent of a new green forest. The initial subtle sweetness felt on the tip of the tongue quickly transforms into a cool and firm dry impression. Continuing with the refreshing mouthfeel characteristic of Koshino Shizuku, a refined and crisp acidity tightens the aftertaste. Limited Dry Series (Summer Limited Sake) - the first drop of the 'Dry Series'. Juicy, with a pear aroma. Following the subtle sweetness, a clear umami spreads to the back of the throat. A sharp and bitter finish that tightens the palate.
Junmai Sake 'Inada' - Koshino Shizuku x Sakahomare - A new umami duet created by the combination of Fukui's original sake rice. Honjozo 'Tsuchi' - Gohyakumangoku x Shochu distilled from sake - This is a meticulously crafted alcohol-added sake. Edo-origin 'Hashira Shochu Shikomi' for alcohol fortification. Junmai Ginjo 'Yuki' - Gohyakumangoku x Yamada Nishiki - A signature item of Denshin created by the collaboration of two major sake rice varieties. Bag-suspended Junmai Daiginjo Namazake 'Natsu' - Brewed entirely with the rare sake rice 'Koshino Shizuku', this Junmai Daiginjo sake 'Denshin Rin' is limited to summer release as a namazake. Junmai Daiginjo 'Rin' - Koshino Shizuku x Ice temperature, bottle storage - Each bottle is ice-aged to capture its moisture and aroma. 'First Class 2024' - A limited edition sake selected for ANA's international first class.
Bottled Story, brewed with Fukui Prefecture's original high-quality sake rice 'Sakahomare', is an annual limited edition top-grade sake. This high-quality sake brings luxury closer to everyday life. With Fukui's unique high-quality sake rice 'Sakahomare', polished to a rice milling ratio of 30%, and crafted with the utmost care using cover koji, this is a top-grade daiginjo sake. The first essence gently fades, providing a special mouthfeel. From the meticulous brewing of the top-grade daiginjo sake, only about 10% of the sake droplets can be collected. This is achieved through 'bag hanging'.
Kasutori Shochu, distilled from the sake lees of Fukui's standard sake 'Ippongi Karakuchi Classic', characterized by a refreshing apple aroma. Authentic shochu with a blue hue, brewed with the rare original sake rice 'Koshi no Shizuku' from Oku Echizen. Distilled solely from the fragrant sake lees of 'Denshin Rin Junmai Daiginjo'. Umeshu, using 100% Fukui plums, is based on a blend of 80% sake and 20% shochu, carefully steeped. Gin-kou Ume, with a gentle mouthfeel and a refined sweetness that is more like 'sake + plum' than traditional umeshu. Hannya-to, upon tasting, follows a rich sweetness with a spicy flavor that spreads. This sweet yet spicy taste is unlike anything experienced before, and once tried, it becomes addictive.

The visual impact is tremendous. The moisture is clear with little off-flavor, and the more you chew, the more umami is released.
