We have reissued the course that was offered at Takokichi, the restaurant where we were founded! We have reproduced the course that includes a number of oden and all-you-can-drink. This course is easy to use for business entertainment or among friends!

The oden is made with the taste inherited from the famous Sakai oden restaurant "Takokichi," and is harmonized with the delicious flavors of carefully selected ingredients. This is a recommended set meal that includes tempura made with seasonal ingredients and Sumiyoshi's special oden!

The first thing to do is to eat the fatty "Ryoma Bonito" as it is. The rich umami and aroma of the bonito will fill your mouth. The second half is filled with amber-colored "secret broth" made from chicken bones, sardines, bonito, kelp, and dried sardines. The powerful flavor of the bonito melts into the broth, and the synergistic effect of the multi-layered umami never stops until the very last drop.
