Local red sea bream from Minamiboso, over 800g! This stewed dish is recommended for 3 to 4 people. A plate with easy-to-eat fillets is also available (please make a reservation for the stewed dish one day in advance). Golden sea bream boiled in soy sauce.

Using the bones of fresh sea bream from Ehime Prefecture to make a broth, we cook the rice in a clay pot with this broth. When finished, we combine it with grilled sea bream fillets and mitsuba. As a result, each grain of rice is infused with the flavor and aroma of sea bream. The rice is sourced from Ms. Mieko Suda in Akita Prefecture, who cultivates it with reduced pesticide use (less than half the usual amount), ensuring safety and security. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare. Please give it a try.

We will prepare popular sea bream rice as rice balls for you to take home. They will be wrapped in bamboo leaves, making them perfect as gifts for your family or for entertaining guests. For larger quantities or for pick-up during the day (from 12 PM), we accept reservations. The sea bream rice balls can also be grilled or frozen at home.
