I found the variety of dishes and the tempo at which the well-crafted dishes were served to be excellent. In particular, the seared cherry sea bream and squid were very tasty, and the jellied, dressed, and simmered broths were wonderful. I could feel the spring from the ingredients. Freshly fried tempura was also served with rape blossoms, zucchini, lotus root, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, and salt and curry salt. And the shiny rice cooked in an earthenware pot was fantastic. I was impressed with the food in general.
