This is a carefully crafted sauce made with organic whole soybeans and sun-dried salt that has been naturally concentrated and crystallized from seawater, featuring a rich umami and depth of flavor, as well as a fragrant aroma. The tamari soy sauce is made with a focus on using boiled mirin for sweetness. It provides a refined flavor and smoothness that enhances the taste of grilled chicken.
We use 'salt exclusively for Toritetsu' blended with a unique combination gathered from the five continents of the world. This salt is rich in iron and minerals, including natural rock salt and mystical lake salt that has been naturally accumulated for five hundred years, which is exclusive to the Indio region. Enjoy the deliciousness of 'sweet salt' and 'umami salt,' said to be the best match for grilled chicken.
This is a safe and delicious young chicken raised on a feed rich in grains that is fortified with vitamin E and does not contain animal protein. It has a lower fat melting point and a tender texture compared to regular chicken. It possesses wonderful characteristics that are not found in other chicken meats, including many components that have a positive impact on our health.

Sōshū Kōrami provides safe and delicious chicken to more customers. It is an original chicken raised through contracted poultry farming. While the typical broiler is raised for about 55 days, our chickens are raised for about 70 days, allowing for a slower growth period. The most notable feature is the finely textured and firm meat, which retains its juices during cooking, allowing for a full enjoyment of its flavor. Additionally, by providing a well-balanced feed primarily made from the rich blessings of nature and natural ingredients, our chickens have less of the characteristic odor.

The purebred Silkie is rich in essential fatty acids such as DHA and EPA, as well as vitamins and minerals, maintaining an exceptional nutritional balance with a richness that is about five times that of regular eggs. At Shiratori Silkie Farm in Kagawa Prefecture, which Tori Tetsu has contracted with for 'safe and unique purebred specialty,' we have been lovingly raising these rare eggs, which are laid only once a week, for 24 years.

〈25 degrees, Kagoshima Prefecture〉 Made solely from sweet potatoes and sweet potato koji, this '100% Sweet Potato' shochu features a unique high-quality sweet potato koji that brings out the natural sweet aroma and a refreshing, elegant taste. 'Ikokukata' is a term from southern Kyushu that means 'stubborn person.' This shochu is made entirely from sweet potatoes, emphasizing the original deliciousness of the sweet potato.
