The omakase course is a combination of nigiri and a la carte dishes made from carefully selected ingredients of the day. Each piece of nigiri is carefully prepared with the best flavors of otoro, nodoguro, sea urchin, tiger prawn, and other delicacies. The chef's ingenuity shines through in such delicacies as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and uni tempura (sea urchin tempura), so you will discover something new every time you visit. We also offer a wide selection of sake, carefully selected by our sake testers, to accompany the dishes. We also offer a wide range of sake tasting services.
