A local pickled vegetable called 'bettara-zuke' that has been loved in the downtown area of Tokyo since the Edo period. We have smoked it thoroughly to bring out the deliciousness of bettara.
Smoked with delicate cherry wood chips that complement the duck well, creating a rich aroma.

This is a highball made with a homemade base that has been infused for a day with grilled orange peel and Canadian whiskey. It is our signature highball, featuring a vibrant citrus aroma.
Isn't it tonic? No, it's 'Sonic'. Sonic is a style of cocktail made by mixing soda and tonic water in equal parts. Enjoy the rich and crisp 'mouthfeel' along with the refreshing 'lime aroma'.
We prepare seasonal fruits that are in season every month. This cocktail allows you to enjoy the fruits in a way recommended by the bartender, whether squeezed or blended with a mixer.
