This place, located in a corner of the hotel, offers a quiet and spacious atmosphere. There is an experienced bartender at the counter, and I was captivated by their careful movements. The cocktails are diverse, including a peppery Moscow Mule and a classic Sidecar, making the selection process enjoyable. The daily special of four types of tapas is beautifully presented, and each one was rich in flavor. The pork loin cutlet sandwich made with grape-fed pork is thick and juicy, making me smile involuntarily. I feel this is a perfect hidden gem for when you want to relax quietly.
