This long-established soba restaurant, beloved by many since its inception, has reopened after a renovation. Located on the 7th floor of a building in front of Ebisu Station, it offers exquisite soba in a modern atmosphere. The particularly thin and chewy 'juuichi soba' is exceptionally fresh, allowing you to enjoy noodles made by the owner himself. The side dishes, including tempura and sashimi, are also incredibly delicious, ensuring that once you visit, you'll want to come back again.
