(Nama) This is a junmai sake made using Yamadanishiki and sake brewing rice. It has a moderate ginjo aroma suitable for drinking with food, and it is a junmai nama chozoshu with a rich flavor that brings out the umami of the rice.
This is a barley shochu made with a ratio of 2 barley to 1 koji, distilled under reduced pressure and filtered with high-quality bamboo charcoal. You can enjoy the umami of rice koji and the flavor of barley. Best served on the rocks, with water, or with hot water.
We named our barley shochu, which is aimed at connoisseurs and focuses on koji, ingredients, fermentation, and distillation, 'Senko Shikomi'. The product features of roasting and burning are trademarked as 'Okoge'.
