A zenzai made with carefully cooked domestic adzuki beans, featuring large chestnuts and chewy shiratama dumplings, creating an irresistible deliciousness. This is a taste of Kyoto unique to Gion Odundara.
This is a collaboration product between Sora Ao from Kyoto and White Deer Daiginjo. The sweet cheesecake has the aroma of Daiginjo that wafts through the nose. It is a cheesecake for sake lovers.
A parfait that is accented with berry sauce and plum jelly, providing satisfaction until the very end.
The slightly bitter matcha mousse and the sweetness of the red beans are a perfect match! The chewy shiratama (rice dumplings) are also a must!
The secret to its popularity is the apples compote made with amazake... It pairs perfectly with the tea jelly.
