Oyaji" is the restaurant that ignited the hormone boom and is a hormone lover's dream. After a meeting with a regular customer, I was finally able to visit the restaurant because he had made a reservation for me! A hideout without a sign, a stylish space, and a restaurant that women love. I was told that it is a manner to have a course recommended by the owner here. A course of hormone. While being taught how to grill and being scolded (lol), we enjoyed grilling the hormone, and were impressed by the freshness and high quality of each dish. The tongue, cartilage, beef cheek, and senmai were grilled with salt and no sauce. The senmai was meaty and had a sweetness and chewiness that I had never experienced before. We enjoyed two types of beef cheek meat, one grilled normally, and the other grilled firmly like crispy bacon. The sauce and meat were so delicious that we changed our drink from makgeolli to wine. Liver, halami, hormone, and hachinos marinated in a delicious homemade sauce. The only word that comes to mind is "ahhh". The last one was a big piece of ribs. Here I come. m(. _.) m(. _.) m A family-run restaurant with a craftsman-like, foul-mouthed, but too funny father, a cute and smiling wife who is a lucky charmer, and two cute daughters. The three of us drank a lot of delicious food and had a bottle of wine that cost over 10,000 yen, but the bill was an astonishing 10,000 yen per person. There is also a teppanyaki table, and next time I would like to eat at the teppanyaki table. This is a must-visit restaurant for those who love hormone.

Oyaji" is a mecca for hormone lovers who popularized the concept of horumon-yaki. Oyaji's unique procurement route from Serina provides the same beef, high quality meat, and hormones as Serina. If you don't leave the menu to Oyaji, you may be banned from the restaurant due to his bad mood, but if you leave it to him, you can rest assured that you will be served the best parts of the meat and the best products. Especially, their hormone and liver are the best in Japan. After a couple of months, I have withdrawal symptoms. This is a restaurant that is sure to be a good choice for Yakiniku lovers.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and so far so good. I received a menu and was considering ordering with a friend who came to the restaurant, when I asked the lady for her recommendation for the restaurant. Then I was quite surprised at the response. I have been to many restaurants and have been to many restaurants on the ・・・・ food log, but I have never received such a response. My friend who came to the restaurant with me was also displeased and thought about canceling our order and leaving.
