You can see the movements of the craftsmen over the counter, and from the moment you enter, it’s exciting. The fried oysters have a light, crispy coating and are delicious on their own. The horse sashimi and assorted sashimi, as well as the tempura of baby sardines, were flavorful and I couldn't stop eating. The grilled rice balls with tororo kelp were fragrant and made me smile. The baked crab shell and the boneless pig's trotters were very satisfying, and the butter soy sauce steak made with raw gluten reminded me of French toast. The final tea rice was truly fragrant with tea, making for a happy time until the end.
