Yaki Tori Tori Chō

This is delicious fat from SPF pigs raised in Kyushu, raised in a sterilized environment with sterilized water and feed, so it has no peculiar taste or smell. It can be enjoyed in any quantity as the excess fat is removed using binchotan charcoal.
