This is about two-thirds the amount of the regular 3-year-old fugu course. only lunch includes a soft drink.
We use the highest quality farmed inshore 3-year fugu.
Yuzu Kosho flavor popular among women, spicy sesame oil popular among men, etc.
Bisque sauce, piled high with sweet chili peppers, is the best. Examples of contents King crab, hairy crab, scallop pole, local clam, live abalone, Mikawa eel, 3-year blowfish, matsutake mushroom, live tiger prawn, Awao chicken thigh, Yamagata female beef shoulder loin, Kirishima Sanroku pork shoulder loin
When the nine paintings weighing 25 kg or more arrive, they will be available for reservation. Freshly cooked earthenware rice will be available. We will ask you when the rice is ready to be cooked.
Served with buckwheat dashi broth, and finish with juwari soba! If you would like to order rice in an earthenware pot, please let us know and we will provide it free of charge.
We use A5 rank female Omi beef or female Yamagata beef.
