This is a course to fully enjoy standard, seasonal, sea, and earth oden! Sangen pork loin shabu-shabu in oden broth in which many ingredients are stewed. You can choose from three types of ojiya (rice porridge) made with soup stock that has the added umami of sangenton pork loin. It is no exaggeration to say that this is a full course of Oden & a superb course!
We have prepared a total of 8 dishes including our special oden, sashimi, sushi, and more! All you can drink for 2.5 hours! (2 hours only on Fridays, days before national holidays, December 6, 11-13, 16-20, 23, 25-27)
