The finishing touch, donabe rice, is made with glutinous rice and offers a rich flavor when served fresh. The style of serving dishes in order, centered around grilled chicken and clay pot rice, is enjoyable. The freshly made skewers are fragrant, and the spicy sauce and garlic salt flavors are addictive. There is a wide variety, including tsukune (chicken meatballs), negima (chicken and green onion skewers), and pork belly wrapped around soft-boiled eggs, so you won't get bored. The watercress tempura has a light texture that makes you want to reach for more. The clay pot rice is shiny and mixed with glutinous rice, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with egg yolk and watercress furikake. It's easily accessible, just a short walk from the station, and the staff are friendly, making it a comfortable place to be.
