This is a beef stew that is slowly cooked for over 2 hours with half an onion per serving, sautéed until caramelized, and generously seasoned with fresh beer, paprika powder, caraway seeds, and marjoram. Finally, it is thickened with flour and finished like a spicy hashed beef. It is served with Czech-style boiled bread called knedlíky. The half size is 1150 yen.
It is a pancake made by coarsely grating potatoes with a cheese grater, binding them with flour, milk, and eggs, and then baking. This dish is widely found in Germany and Central Eastern Europe, but the characteristic feature of Czech Bramborák is the addition of marjoram.
