This is a grilled yukke made from Ishigaki beef ribeye from Okinawa, which is rarely available in Tokyo. We use our homemade aburi yukke sauce.
Our sea grapes are a type of sea grapes from Kume Island, characterized by larger grains than those from other regions, and are also known as Green Caviar.
These are tsukune skewers made with our proud Agu pork. The crunchy texture uses a popular Okinawan ingredient, mimiga (pork ears).
