The 'thigh' of Hakata Jidori, which boasts a burst of meat juices in your mouth. Its moderate chewiness brings out a rich flavor, and the pleasant sweetness of the fat is popular. Enjoy the grilled chicken thigh, cooked to perfection, with four different flavors: 'Kyoto Gion Hararyokaku Black Shichimi', 'Kyoto Gion Hararyokaku Sansho', 'Moshio from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture', and 'Sicilian Sun-Dried Sea Salt'.
