This is an 8-course menu including our signature Ginjo Dashi Oden (oden with broth). This course allows you to enjoy our signature dishes.
We use frozen, pesticide-free, and wax-free lemons that are safe to eat, instead of ice. The frozen lemon can be used for about three drinks, so you can refill the contents for 440 yen.
The rich aroma unique to junmai sake harmonizes with the broad flavor of rice, complemented by a light acidity.
The taste features a fruity aroma. The flavor spreads evenly in the mouth with the umami of the rice, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, characteristic of a pure rice sake.
