Sundubu based on homemade doubanjiang and miso. Sundubu uses soft tofu before it solidifies, and our restaurant prepares a luxurious sundubu by using a whole Wagyu femur bone to extract the broth and enhance the richness. You can choose the level of spiciness.
Kasuzuke hormone is hormone that has been cleaned and fermented in miso and sake lees, resulting in a sweet and tender dish. It adds a rich depth to the sundubu, making it even more delicious.

Pajeon is a type of Korean green onion pancake. Instead of chopping the green onions like in green onion pancakes, they are added whole to the batter and grilled in a bold style.

The cooking of Samgyeopsal is done in two stages. First, the pork is cooked slowly at a low temperature to capture its flavor. This method minimizes the release of the pork's umami while ensuring it is cooked thoroughly. Finally, it is grilled over an open flame to achieve the perfect doneness. Although this process takes time, you can enjoy the best pork in Japan prepared in the best way.
Herbs, miso, garlic. Slowly simmered at low temperature with marinated vegetables. The shape of the meat remains intact, which is proof that the flavor has not escaped. This is a Korean-style braised pork that allows you to taste the richness of the pork and the sweetness of the vegetables. Bossam means boiled pork.
Kalbi stew refers to the meaning of steaming beef kalbi meat, but in Korea, braising is more common than steaming. At our restaurant, we first extract a rich broth using vegetables and herbs, then braise the Wagyu kalbi. By using only the leaner cuts of kalbi, we achieve a firm meat texture. It is finished with miso and our homemade spicy sauce for a tender and rich stew.
