At Aki Charyo, we create a 'Today's Menu' every day featuring a variety of seasonal dishes that cannot be found on our regular menu. This includes recommendations for live fish that are in the tank that day, as well as many exquisite dishes filled with the chef's ideas that highlight the seasonal ingredients. At our restaurant, we procure carefully selected seafood from various regions, including fresh fish from the Seto Inland Sea, and you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day as live sashimi.
We offer a rich selection of seasonal seafood sashimi that changes daily. You can also request a recommended platter according to your preference. The contents and prices may vary depending on the supply.
