In a small counter shop, I was able to sit down and enjoy myself in a calm atmosphere. The staff were cheerful, making for a pleasant experience. The fried eggplant and vegetables were fragrant, with a gentle umami that spread across the palate, leaving a light aftertaste. The spring rolls had a crispy skin, and the filling was smooth and well-combined, pairing perfectly with the chili sauce. The potato salad spring rolls with shiso and cheese also had a rich flavor that was irresistible. The shirasu with grated daikon and ponzu, as well as the chilled tofu, were refreshing with the aroma of freshly grated ginger and bonito flakes, and the shop's interior, lined with signs, was very comfortable.
