Our Oden at Godaigo is carefully selected, with each item being a renowned specialty sourced from various regions across the country. The key to highlighting these carefully chosen ingredients is our restaurant's pride, the dashi. Our Oden dashi is made with kombu and bonito as a base, without using any chemical seasonings, resulting in a light and clear Kyoto-style finish.

We use Shizuoka brand chicken 'Ajiwai Chicken' for our grilled chicken skewers. This chicken is safe and gentle on the body, with a strong sweetness and richness, making it very suitable for yakitori. Compared to conventional chicken, it is low in fat and low in calories, and it has been well received by health-conscious individuals.
